Die ISG (Schweiz) AG realisierte als Generalunternehmerin die Erweiterung von Büroflächen in Zürich. Sämtliche Projektbeteiligten und Schnittstellen wurden unter einer strukturierten Projektleitung zusammengeführt. Besonderes Augenmerk galt der Koordination der Gebäudetechnik – insbesondere HLK und Elektro – sowie der Schnittstellen zu IT, AV und Sicherheit. Eine durchgängige Qualitätssicherung und eine sorgfältig geplante Baustellenlogistik gewährleisteten die betriebsbereite Übergabe.

Das Projekt erforderte eine präzise Logistik- und Sicherheitsplanung an zentraler Lage, eine enge Koordination der Schnittstellen mit der Eigentümerschaft und den Planungsbeteiligten sowie besondere Sorgfalt bei Akustik und Inbetriebnahmen, insbesondere im Bereich IT/AV. So war die volle Funktionalität ab dem ersten Betriebstag sichergestellt.

Die ISG (Schweiz) AG realisierte als Totalunternehmerin die Gesamterneuerung einer internationalen Schule im Modell «Design & Build». Zum Projekt gehörten ein neuer Internatsbereich, ein Klassenzimmer, eine Lounge und ein Amphitheater. Sämtliche betroffenen Räume wurden sowohl architektonisch als auch gebäudetechnisch erneuert.

Die grösste Herausforderung bestand darin, das gesamte Projekt während der Sommerferien umzusetzen. Der äusserst enge Terminplan erforderte eine präzise Abstimmung aller Gewerke. Das Projektteam hielt die Vorgaben ohne Abstriche bei der Qualität ein und übergab die Räume rechtzeitig zum Schulbeginn.

Die ISG (Schweiz) AG realisierte den Ausbau eines Geschosses im Gebäude des Bundesamts für Statistik in Neuchâtel. Der Projektumfang verband architektonische Arbeiten mit gebäudetechnischen Leistungen und umfasste Elektroinstallationen, Bodenbeläge, Innenausbauarbeiten sowie massgefertigte Schreinerarbeiten.

Die ISG (Schweiz) AG realisiert den Ausbau des neuen Accenture-City-Campus in Zürich. Auf rund 8’500 m² entstehen in zwei miteinander verbundenen Gebäuden moderne Arbeitswelten. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst den vollständigen architektonischen Innenausbau – von Schreinerarbeiten über anspruchsvolle Akustiklösungen bis hin zu hochwertigen Oberflächen – abgestimmt auf das ambitionierte Gestaltungskonzept des Kunden.

Darüber hinaus verantwortet ISG sämtliche gebäudetechnischen Gewerke: von HLKS- und Elektroinstallationen über Gebäudeautomation (BMS) und Zutrittskontrolle bis hin zur IT-Infrastruktur und den zugehörigen Systemen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Schnittstellenkoordination, damit die technische Infrastruktur die von Accenture konzipierte dynamische und kollaborative Arbeitsumgebung umfassend unterstützt.

Für den neuen regionalen Google-Bürocampus in Zürich schuf die ISG (Schweiz) AG auf 13’200 m² eine intelligente Arbeitsumgebung, die modernste Technologie mit einer konsequent nutzerzentrierten Gestaltung verbindet. Der Campus bietet eine grosse Vielfalt an Räumen: Open-Space-Bereiche, Mikroküchen, Sitzungszimmer, Telefonkabinen, Studios, Restaurants und Bereiche für Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden. Alle Zonen sind auf unterschiedliche Arbeitsweisen und Nutzerbedürfnisse abgestimmt.

ISG verantwortete den gesamten architektonischen und technischen Leistungsumfang – von hochwertigen Innenausbauten über HLKS-Installationen und Elektroverteilung bis hin zur Gebäudeautomation (BMS). Gleichzeitig koordinierte ISG die Schnittstellen zu IT, AV und Mobiliar. Das Projekt strebt die DGNB-Platin-Zertifizierung an und zeigt, wie eine globale Marke Nachhaltigkeit, Funktionalität und Nutzererlebnis auf einem Campus vereinen kann.

Die ISG (Schweiz) AG realisierte den Büroausbau für den europäischen Hauptsitz von Align Technology auf zwei Geschossen in Risch-Rotkreuz. Architektonischer Innenausbau und Gebäudetechnik wurden zu einer modernen, nachhaltigen Arbeitsumgebung verbunden, die den innovativen Charakter des Unternehmens widerspiegelt und Zusammenarbeit sowie das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeitenden fördert.

CA Next Bank – Filialrenovation (Design & Build), Basel (BS)

Für die Basler Filiale der CA Next Bank verantwortet die ISG (Schweiz) AG eine 310 m² grosse Renovation im Modell «Design & Build». Der Leistungsumfang umfasst sämtliche architektonischen und gebäudetechnischen Gewerke. Die bestehende Filiale wird auf Grundlage des neuen Filialkonzepts vollständig erneuert – vom Interior Design und den Schreinerarbeiten bis zu HLK-, Elektro- und weiteren Gebäudesystemen.

Da die Arbeiten im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen, kommt der vorausschauenden Planung und der engen Koordination mit allen Beteiligten besondere Bedeutung zu. So bleibt der Filialbetrieb während der Bauphase gewährleistet. Nach der für 2025 vorgesehenen Fertigstellung wird die modernisierte Filiale Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Mitarbeitenden ein einladendes, zeitgemässes Umfeld bieten.

CA Next Bank – Filialausbau (Design & Build), Dübendorf (ZH)

Die ISG (Schweiz) AG realisierte für die CA Next Bank den 370 m² grossen Ausbau einer Filiale in Dübendorf im Modell «Design & Build». Ausgangspunkt war der Rohbau eines kürzlich fertiggestellten Gebäudes. Der Leistungsumfang umfasste sämtliche architektonischen und gebäudetechnischen Gewerke – darunter Schreinerarbeiten, Akustiklösungen und hochwertige Innenausbauoberflächen ebenso wie Elektroinstallationen, HLK, Zutrittskontrolle und Gebäudeautomation.

Das Projekt orientierte sich an den Anforderungen der SNBS-Zertifizierung und integrierte nachhaltige Materialien sowie energieeffiziente Gebäudetechnik. Ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor war die Abstimmung der AV- und IT-Schnittstellen mit der Bauherrschaft und der Eigentümerschaft, um eine nahtlose Integration in die Grundinfrastruktur sicherzustellen. Die 2024 fertiggestellte Filiale bietet ein modernes, konsequent kundenorientiertes Bankumfeld, das Zusammenarbeit und Wohlbefinden fördert.

CA Next Bank – Filialrenovation (Design & Build), Zürich

Für die Zürcher Filiale der CA Next Bank realisierte die ISG (Schweiz) AG auf 200 m² ein Projekt im Modell «Design & Build» in einem Bestandsgebäude. Der Leistungsumfang umfasste sämtliche architektonischen Arbeiten – darunter Schreinerarbeiten, Akustiklösungen und hochwertige Oberflächen – sowie die gesamte Gebäudetechnik mit Elektroinstallationen, HLK, Zutrittskontrolle und Gebäudeautomation (BMS).

Besondere Sorgfalt galt der Koordination der AV- und IT-Systeme sowie den Schnittstellen zwischen den Arbeitsplatztechnologien der Bank und den Gebäudesystemen der Eigentümerschaft. Die 2024 abgeschlossene Renovation schuf eine moderne, effiziente Filiale, die sowohl den Erwartungen der Kundinnen und Kunden als auch den betrieblichen Anforderungen gerecht wird.

Im Zentrum standen eine klare Projektsteuerung, ein konsequentes Schnittstellenmanagement und die betriebsbereite Übergabe. Baustellenlogistik und -organisation wurden so geplant, dass Beeinträchtigungen für die Nachbarschaft und die Gebäudenutzenden auf ein Minimum reduziert wurden. The principal challenge was to complete the entire project during the students’ summer holidays. This exceptionally demanding programme required rigorous coordination across all trades. The project team met the deadline without compromising quality, ensuring the facilities were ready for the start of the new school year.

The scope encompasses the full architectural fit-out – including bespoke joinery, advanced acoustic solutions and high-quality finishes – in line with the client’s ambitious design concept.

In parallel, ISG is responsible for all MEP packages, from HVAC and electrical installations to the building management system (BMS), access control, IT infrastructure and associated systems. Strong emphasis is placed on coordination and interface management so that the technical backbone fully supports the dynamic, collaborative workplace envisaged by Accenture.

The project will create an urban campus that combines a global brand identity with local character: a modern, sustainable workplace designed to inspire, connect and empower its users.

For Google’s new regional office campus in Zurich, ISG (Switzerland) AG created a 13,200 m² intelligent workplace that combines advanced technology with human-centred design. The campus offers a broad mix of environments, including open-plan work areas, micro-kitchens, meeting rooms, phone booths, studios, restaurants and wellbeing spaces, all designed around different working styles and user needs.

ISG delivered the full architectural and technical scope, from high-quality interior finishes to HVAC and plumbing systems, electrical distribution and the building management system (BMS), while coordinating interfaces with the IT, AV and furniture packages. The project is targeting DGNB Platinum certification and demonstrates how a global brand can integrate sustainability, functionality and user experience within a single campus.

With the branch remaining operational throughout the works, particular emphasis is placed on careful planning and close stakeholder coordination to maintain business continuity during construction. The refurbishment was scheduled for completion in 2025, with the modernised branch designed to provide a welcoming, contemporary environment for clients and employees alike.

The scope covered the full architectural and MEP package, including joinery, acoustic solutions and interior finishes, as well as electrical installations, HVAC, access control and the building management system (BMS).

The project was aligned with SNBS certification requirements and incorporated sustainable materials and energy-efficient building services. A key focus was coordinating the AV and IT interfaces with the client and building owner to ensure seamless integration with the base-build infrastructure. Completed in 2024, the branch provides a modern, client-centred banking environment that supports collaboration and wellbeing.
